Apple Encourages You to Show Everyone How Much Money You Make

Apple Watch EditionThe Apple Watch is pretty cool, but just what message does it send?  The three levels of the watch: Aluminum, Steel, and Gold.  Each shows off to others instantly how much money you make.  Check out this ridiculously accurate video from College Humor that demonstrates the prowess that comes with your $10,000 watch…that does all the same stuff as the smart phone you already have.

Yes that’s right, you can show off just how rich you are in an instant without having to get out of your Lamborghini.  I’m sure the pre-orders for the Apple Watch Edition are flying off the website with all the NBA stars out there wanting to put a hunk of gold on their wrist.

Scam Wal-Mart for Fun and Profit

Wal-Mart Sign

Now is your chance to get some serious savings from Wal-Mart this holiday season.  Yes the retail giant is offering a price matching promotion that will blow your socks off.  Sears apparently started this whole thing when they “Accidentally” listed a Nintendo Wii U console for $60.  People quickly ran to Wal-Mart stores to get them to match the online price.  In fact I know someone who took advantage of this.  Now it looks like people are taking it a step further and creating phony Amazon product pages with prices that are drastically low.

Greetings From The Land of Domestic Violence – Las Vegas

Caesar's Palace

It’s been a long time coming, but my wife finally got to go to a Learning and Development conference.  I’m so glad she gets to interact with like-minded people and hopefully find some software for her organization.  The cool thing is it’s in Las Vegas and of course I had to tag along.  I’m taking the opportunity to update some of the websites I maintain…like this neglected one.

This is the first time we’ve stayed at Caesar’s Palace and I’ll tell you I’m not that impressed.  For the cost of the room you think you would get things included, NOPE.  You are required to pay a daily resort fee.  Once again, you would think this pays for common hotel things, NOPE.  You get a whopping one device per day Internet access, access to pools that are closed, and a crappy fitness center.  Oh, if you want coffee in your room, that’s a $12 box of K-cups.

Wifey finally made it….

Yes, I finally managed to log in.  My husband created this site so I could blog about his nerdyness and has been hounding me to share my thoughts since day one.  Although, I think he kind of took it over as his side project.  I have to say, overall he hides his geek pretty well.  In fact he’s more of a realist.  Every once in a while though, he let’s his guard down and names off some techno-babble that only those in his serious circle would understand.

We’re coming up on our one year anniversary next month and I have to say, he continues to impress me everyday with his wit and charm.  And I’m not saying that because I have to.  :)  I just think it’s so amazing how our thought processes are completely different, but we both manage to come to the same conclusion.  We both compliment each other extremely well.
